1. PAYMENT TERMS
NEW CUSTOMERS: Pro forma payment required on first order.
ACCOUNT HOLDERS: 30 days net.
2. ARTWORK
In order to produce a good clear print of any product,it is necessary to begin with good camera ready artwork. Artwork alterations, if required, will be charged at minimum commercial rates. Artwork will be sent to you on approval. Orders will not be processed until signed confirmation is received.
3. QUOTATIONS are confirmed subject to sight of artwork, and are valid for 30 days.
4. QUANTITIES
Some printed products are subject to a production of 5% of overs and under, these will be charged accordingly.
5. COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Our standard colours for use when screen and pad printing are as follows; black, white, silver, gold, yellow, orange, red, light green, medium green, dark green, light blue, medium blue and dark blue. If a specific pantone colour is required then a nominal charge may be applied, please contact our sales department. Please note that pantone colours cannot be exactly matched on nylon products and that the shade of print colour may vary slightly if printed onto different surfaces.
6. All goods must be checked upon receipt and nay shortage or damage notified within 5 days of delivery.
7. All prices are subject to carriage at cost and VAT at the current rate.
8. Title to the goods shall remain in our name until they are fully paid for.
